Refugee Solidarity Network is a non-profit organization that protects the rights of people uprooted from their homes and strengthens the communities where they seek safety.

Business Challenge

RSN needed to amplify their online presence be able to better reach people who are seeking refugee in Turkey, and to connect with them to help, while also becoming a legal information and resource platform for lawyers engaged in asylum law.

What we did

A fully bilingual website

that could be updated at anytime by anyone from the RSN team without programming skills.

with relevant information and so that lawyers can support their cases more efficiently.

How we did it

UX and product design process

We partnered up with RSN since 2018, and since then up to our last project the Mülteci Hukuku platform (2023) for lawyers engaged in asylum law, we have followed a lean UX and product design process that goes from a discovery phase, to designing and custom developed prototypes.

Agile model

We applied an Agile model that have proven to be instrumental in achieving efficient tech execution, adapting to product iterations, and delivering incremental value.

Key features Delivered

Private Caselaw database

We Designed and Developed a private database for site members to access information about refugee related caselaw.

Passwordless login feature

We implemented a password less login feature so users can login without the need to remember there password and by just using a code that get sent to there emails once they attempt to login.

Search Feature using Algolia

While using Algolia for search algorithm we implemented a site wide search functionality that allow users to search and find content on the website.
